1.Description:
PDC anchor shank bit is the most basic part of roadway support in coal mines. It can bound the surrounding rock of roadway together, and make the surrounding rock to support itself.
Roofbolt drill bit is a kind of drilling tool for fixing anchor bolt of coal mine. The two wings of our PDC roofbolt drill bit adopt PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) as the cutting tooth.

PDC is a new-fashioned superhard compact material. It not only has the feature of wear-resisting of polycrystalline diamond, but also has the advantage of lash-resisting, high-elasticity ofalloy. Anchor rod bit made by PDC has the characteristic of long-longevity, high-efficiency, long-adaptability.
Since PDC drill bits last many times longer than the equivalent bits with tungsten carbide insert, the operators can remain in the safe environment away form the unsupported roof.

4.Feature
Compared with tungsten carbide, PDC roof drill bit has the following advantages:
The speed is similar to roof drill bit made by tungsten carbide when it does the drilling to soft rock. While the speed is greater by 10%-30% when it does into the medium-hard rock; in the meanwhile, it solves the problem that the tungsten carbide roof drill bit could hardly do the drilling during the rock-drilling process when f≥8.
