1. Description:
Roof drill bit is the most basic part of roadway support in coal mine and Engineering construction.
PDC is a new-fashioned superhard compact material. It not only has the feature of wear-resisting of polycrystalline diamond, but also has the advantage of lash-resisting, high-elasticity ofalloy. 4.Feature
Compared with tungsten carbide, PDC roof drill bit has the following advantages:
When during the hard rock drilling process (f=6~8), PDC roof drill bit is the be choice, which could replace tungsten carbide roof drill bit.
Special attention: when using the PDC roof drill bit, there must be no lashing, no lack of cold water and in the meanwhile there should be hydraulic pressure.
