1. Description:
PCBN Blanks can be divided into two kinds: Carbide backed PCBN and Solid PCBN. The former is composed of carbide substrate and polycrystalline CBN layer, and the latter is overall polycrystalline CBN.

3. Application:
PCBN Blanks are suitable for continuous and interrupted cutting of ferrous metal materials, such as various chilled steel, cast iron and powdered metal.
Carbide backed PCBN has good solderability and wear resistance.
Solid PCBN has good thermal resistance and wear resistance.
